Joint & Bone Support

Bone density, cartilage maintenance, and joint repair pathways (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, IGF-1).

Overview

Bone and joint peptide research investigates compounds that accelerate tendon, ligament, cartilage, and bone repair, and modulate the GH/IGF-1 axis that drives collagen synthesis and osteoblast activity. BPC-157 is the most-studied agent for tendon and ligament biology, with reproducible rodent data on transected Achilles tendons, medial collateral ligaments, and bone-tendon junctions. TB-500 contributes via actin sequestration and cell-migration cues at tendon and muscle interfaces. GHK-Cu has dedicated literature in cartilage and joint biology, supporting proteoglycan synthesis and decellularization-resistance in osteoarthritis models. IGF-1 LR3 and the GH-axis agents (sermorelin, CJC-1295, ipamorelin) drive collagen and osteoblast activity systemically.
